1. GETTING STARTED
Registration & Payment
- Get registered via SMS as a Customer. You can ask any other Customer to register you or call 0861 77 88 00 for assistance.
Alternatively, you can register yourself by sending the following SMS to 083 230 1111:
JOIN NOW FIRSTNAME SURNAME
- Make any value deposit for Airtime (cash only) at First National Bank, Tygerberg, Branch code is 201410. Account name is EZ Airtime, account number is 62085553537.
- IMPORTANT: Write your cell number on the deposit slip as the REFERENCE number. Your Airtime account will be credited immediately. Any Airtime credit is available 24/7 for downloading vouchers.
- If you do not get an SMS notification of your deposit before leaving the bank, then phone our Call Centre on 0861 77 88 00 immediately. Keep your deposit slip handy. If you include your cell number as reference number, you will not need to fax proof of payment.
2. DOWNLOAD AIRTIME
Certain vouchers can be received without sending an SMS by simply calling the FREE CALL number given below. Save the FREE CALL numbers in your phone book now for easy reference in the future.
Alternatively send an SMS to 083 230 1111 with any of the commands below, to receive the Airtime voucher you require.
You will receive a voucher PIN number via SMS on your phone within 60 seconds. Use it to recharge your Customer's phone, using the normal Network recharge procedure. Remember to take the cash from your Customer!

3. EARN AIRTIME COMMISSION
Commission is automatically added to your Airtime credit, at the time of making any deposit, according to the following table:

4. SIGN UP OTHER CUSTOMERS AND EARN ONGOING COMMISSION
As a registered Customer, you can sign up other Customers via SMS and earn 1% ongoing Airtime commission on all their purchases. To register another Customer, SMS the following command to 083 230 1111:

Register as many Customers as you like and earn Airtime commission on all their Airtime purchases, for life.
5. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Please Call Me
Use this command to get Airtime sent to you without the need to pay for an SMS. Useful if you run completely out of Airtime on your phone. Send a Please call me to 083 230 1111 and you will receive a PIN number for your Network.
